Why Diets Fail for 96% of Women Over 40 … and How to Finally Break Free From Automatic Overeating”

Discover the hidden brain conditioning that drives overeating, even against your will … and the first step toward effortless, automatic weight loss.

The Problem with Weight Loss Programs (and the reason they fail …)

Women over 40 do not struggle because of a lack of willpower, or their hormones, or their metabolism.

The cravings, bingeing, and overeating happen automatically.

And diets and eating programs fail because they attack the WRONG PROBLEM – focussing on the behaviour instead of that conditioning which always ends up controlling the behaviour.

And it’s not just you – that’s EXACTLY what happens for the overwhelming majority of people.

Even the government admits that pretty much ALL weight loss strategies fail …

It’s not just me saying that all weight loss strategies fail for most people. The official government Department of Health and Aged Care study titled “Promoting Healthy Weight” contains the shocking finding that some 96% of people who lost weight through diet or exercise put it all back on within two years!

It looks like this …

And all those celebrities you’ve been watching for years?

Real life celebrities whose weight fell off, only to balloon again right away? Try Oprah, Renee Zellweger, John Goodman, Adele, Kelly Clarkson, pretty much every celebrity who’s ever lost weight, and pretty much EVERYONE who was ever on The Biggest Loser.

See, I told you that you were very far from alone!

Why does weight loss ALWAYS fail in the end?

The reason for this failure of ANY method, including even the most advanced medical interventions (like Ozempic for example), is that there is something critical that NONE of them address: the root cause, being your actual, individual, food preferences.

NONE of these methods alter your actual preferences.

And your tastes and preferences will always, always win in the end, usually sooner rather than later. They literally FORCE you to go back the way you were, even against your will. That’s why you find yourself busting out of your diet and asking yourself “why am I doing this?”.

But there’s a big, beautiful solution …

Your FREE 21-page free booklet reveals:

  • How overeating is programmed, and not subject to willpower.
  • Why cravings end up feeling impossible to resist.
  • What we should be focussing on instead of our behaviour.
  • The first step toward permanently switching off the urge to overeat.

You’ll Read All About the Exciting, 5-Minute Technique to Switch Off Cravings Permanently, Like These VIP Volunteers Below …

These are not polished, manipulated videos – I filmed them on my phone in my home office with volunteers who were willing to put this method to the test.

Jacquie loved potato fries a bit too much

First here’s Jacquie, who kindly volunteered to be a “VIP Guinea Pig” for the benefit of others. Jacquie loved hot potato fries and would regularly buy them as a snack. Months after this was filmed Jacquie was still losing weight automatically. She had to keep tightening her belt because her trousers were falling down!

Jacquie said: “It’s happening all by itself. I’ve maybe had fries twice in months and really I just don’t even think about them any more. It’s like I’ve forgotten about them.”

Sue “over-enjoyed” chocolate

Now here’s Sue, who had a weakness for chocolate. She doesn’t any more, and the result is automatic weight loss.

Sue said: “I never could have believed it could be this easy.”

John wanted to lose his overliking for  M&M’s

And finally here’s John, who liked to eat a few too many chocolate and peanut M&M’s – listen to his surprised comments after using this very fast and easy method …

John said: “I never thought an effective weight loss method would also make me laugh so much. That was actually fun.”

And here are some other comments from people who’ve learned this automatic weight loss method

“I didn’t remember how sick all that chocolate made me feel. I just can’t do it anymore.”

“I had a really nice pasta in the fridge and I kept thinking I must just have a bit as a snack but then I kept making excuses about not feeling like it right now and that I’d have it later, but I forgot, and then had it for dinner instead. I guess I’m out of the habit of snacking.”

“I’ve had a packet of chocolate biscuits in the pantry for a whole week and I keep forgetting it’s there. I don’t seem to get around to opening it. And I don’t seem to care.”

“The biggest surprise is the aisles at the supermarket. I’m shocked how shelf after shelf I no longer think of as real food. It’s crazy how once I ate stuff that now I find really disgusting.”
